Do a barrel roll!
(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); So a few months ago i signed up for a recuiting agency and they gave me work in a factory making cheese.. one day i was took to go on a machine that presses blocks of cheese and wasnt really given any trainning on how to use it and how not to.. there was no safety guards the pallet that put pressure on the cheese block was unstable so it was awkward to line them up. I put one block in to put pressure on them so there was room and next thing the block came out and smaked me in the mouth split the top of the inside of my mouth open bent one of my teeth back.. never called me back to work there again.. just wondering is there any point of me trying to claim?

And that is why I told him to read the terms of being an employe at the work place he is aiming to sue

Provided you have everything documented, sue for negligence and seek punitive damages. I don't know where you live and you aren't paying me, so this is all I will tell you.

I wouldn't seek legal counsel from the internet, but I would take Solo's word. I can vouch for him, he's a corporate attorney. Other than that I would contact an attorney, I mean you would imagine that would be the first step someone would take, right?

I would be cautious of an litigation against an organization, this can be costly as well as the reputation of you (as an employee) being litigious. Cost of attorney who takes your case will usually do so, with no upfront fee, but will take a percentage of your outcome. Secondly, if you're working for a temp agency there may have been some waiver forms that you signed that may limit what you can or cannot do in terms of arbitration or litigation. Certainly seek professional advice on this.

Try to find out if there is anyone else they did this to without giving them training and ask them for their experience and use it to back up your claim

You can't do anything after 30-60 days have passed if that happened a few weeks ago you have big chances if it's been months you have low chances unless you have proof of injuries for instance your tooth can be proof this is a really good case I recommend to sue you could be compensated, if you paid out of your pocket for medical expenses they can pay you that expenditure in other words go ahead and sue trust me on this my girlfriends dad is a lawyer I worked on his law firm for sometime I learned a lot and I am great full I had such guidance p.s. if you got any questions pm me ps.s anybody got any type of question pm me from immigration status to car crash I will be your free advisor
