I put one block in to put pressure on them so there was room and next thing the block came out and smaked me in the mouth split the top of the inside of my mouth open bent one of my teeth back.. never called me back to work there again.. just wondering is there any point of me trying to claim?

Try it, my grandfather sued his job for sheet metal working and got lung cancer from it, made a great amount of cash.

Some people think you don't have a chance when it comes to big companies, but you do!

Where I used to work, we took the guards off some of the machines (we all knew how to work them) and they got in the way, that's why we removed them. Health and safety lost there head when they found out..

That explains why theres no guards but fuck me to this day i can still feel the impact that it hit me lol nearly knocked me out l. By nearly i mean i could barley stand and had to hold on to a unit wondering what had happened lol
