Bulletproof coffee (this shit is the bomb):
1 tbsp coconut oil
1 tbsp butter (unsalted or salted, whichever your prefer)
1 cup of COFFEE!
1) Make your coffee
2) Dump the coffee and other shit into a blender
3) Blend it up for like 1-2 mins
4) DRINK IT

Fried "Mac & Cheese". WAT! 1 Head Cauliflower, Riced 1/2 Cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese 3 Large Eggs 2 tsp. Paprika optional 1 tsp. Tumeric optional 3/4 tsp. Rosemary optional 1. Rice the Cauliflower in a food processor.
2. Cook it in the microwave for 5 minutes.
3. Dry it out by wringing it in a kitchen towel or paper towels. You want as little moisture as possible.
4. Add your eggs (one at a time – you don’t want a watery mixture), cheese, and spices to cauliflower and mix together.
5. Heat olive oil and coconut oil in a pan, on high.
6. Form small patties out of the cauliflower mixture.
7. Fry on both sides until crisp.
