What ones have the games you want on them :p
Better PC depends on your current hardware.

Well personally id rather not have to be a MLG tryhard to compete with PC gaming. Plus PC's require updates to hardware what? every 6 months or you are already out of date. What happens when you fry your graphics card etc? you have to manually replace it where alot of consoles are build to last a full life till netgen. I like sitting on my couch, with my controller and 50' flat screen. Not at a desk with a keyboard in an office chair. I mean both consoles run just as well as a PC anyways so im not really worrying about not fullfilling my experience. Pros and Cons man lol and always personal choice!

Worth saving up a bit more for a PC, $900+ then your safe for a while, I would recommend a PC as all the games are cheaper and you can do more with them.

As for consoles, it really depends on exclusives and what your wishes are, I always though to myself I would get a PS4 and after looking into it a bit and thought about what I wanted to do with it, I bought an XB1

I agree with you on the fact I would rather be sitting down comfortably with a 50 inch flat and a controller, even though you could hook up your PC to a 50 inch flat and use a controller but that's not the point :troll:

I have had the same PC for 2 years and haven't had to replace anything yet, and its not like its a god PC, spent around £700 on it, so hardware doesn't need to be replaced as often as you think. On the gaming side I personally think it is slightly more difficult but barely MLG kind of gameplay :p

Er, wrong on all counts. A pc wouldn't be "out of date" faster than a console. Consoles are out of date in terms of hardware the day the come out. If you want to play a game for 9 years or however long "new gen" takes to come, by all means you can buy a console, but just know you can do the same on a PC, or actually upgrade your pc after 4-5 years or however long you're comfortable with and play much better games on much better hardware than being limited to a junkbox that gets updated every decade. Also, I hope you know you can hook up your PC to a big screen (Mine is hooked to a 32" but you can connect it to a 50" or whatever you please), hook up any controller (Xbox controllers work out of the box, PS ones work just as fine with a little tweaking), and sit on whatever couch you please.

A desktop does exactly what a console does, 20x better, and "updating" your hardware is a pro, not a con. A console in no way, shape, or form runs just as well as any half decent PC.

You know nothing. You made that clear for sure.

PC's required updates more or less when you feel you need to update. Personally my PC is creeping up on 4 years old with no hardware upgrades other than an SSD as of recent and I probably have another 3 -4 years before I really need to change anything.

Consoles on the other hand are already out of date the day they are announced. They are always using old hardware that for the most part are generations behind the PC. You say what happens when you "fry you graphics card". Well what happens when your shitbox RROD or the PS3 YLOD?

PC's have far more options in terms of what you want for controls. Keyboard and mouse isn't your only option.I wouldn't expect you to know that however since you've been wrong on everything you are trying to throw out as facts. PC's are far ahead of any potato station and if its your personal choice to pay more for less then thats your problem.

Oh yeah well i mean i was just naming some scenarios, obviously if you take care of your PC it will last but i generally do think you have to be a tad bit more tech savvy to own a gaming rig. Deff dont get me wrong, i wanted to build a PC for the longest time but overall (generally speaking of course) i find console gaming to be a more casual experience and much more easy to pick up on. I agree about the games though.... i hate dropping top dollar on games when you could just catch the yearly steam sale.. or even just go pirate what ever you want :p PC's clearly have much more use than a gaming console but also the consoles are specifically built to game. So it honestly goes both ways! im content with my laptop and my PS4, they both serve a purpose Happy
