If you actually look it up its been around for Years!. Nothing new at all. Its just started to pop back up. won't ever see it over here in the UK. US have it because of SA, And don't help that the country is massive and has 100000s of africans etc coming over and the US can't control that as well as the UK can. we live on a little island, surrounded by water. Interesting tho this topic, because its literally just jumped out of no where and made headlines all over.....recently that is!. Same as AIDS. Started from someone from africa?, correct me if I'm wrong tho?.

I am shocked to see how the world has done nothing about it, like nothing that will help cure this has happened. Like this could potentially be a epidemic which could, but I doubt it, wipe out the human race. It has no cure, and we sit here, and nobody does anything about it. Yes some countries are sending doctors to help the patients, yes some coutures are sending there military to try and control the outbreak, but it is not helping, nower days, It's a matter of a company helping because they make money from it. What a corrupted world we live in tears #GreedyCompanys

Well luckily I'm not in the US. Ebola is nothing new, it has been found to be documented in like 500ad or something in Ancient Greece. I hope bill o'rielly gets Ebola and one direction and justin beiber and Josh Furestein.

Issue which is causing panic for no reason and inaction from the world makes me sad.

It shouldn't have got this far in the first place, the fact that two health workers who are suppose to know how to keep it contained and yet couldn't follow basic protocol and subsequently got infected it is laughable and on top of that, one of them who was being monitored for developing symptoms was able to travel on a public aircraft beforehand is utterly unbelievable. In short the USA needs to get it's shit together, the rest of the world is laughing at you, well except for Spain. Seriously if I was American I'd be worried as it sound like your country isn't even remotely prepared to deal with it.

I really just cant believe they let that nurse travel after taking care of the man who had it and past on in Texas. It is actually mind boggling to me that they let this woman do this.

I live in Ohio, the state that she traveled to. If you ask if it concerns me, yes a little.

She Traveled to Cleveland Airport and visited family in Akron, well, I'm not too far from there. Knowing how many people that I am in contact with everyday, and assuming that everyone else is about the same, yes I'm a bit concerned.

Now granted, I am not in the medical field in any way, so I wouldn't directly deal with anyone that potential is carrying the virus. But my wife is. She works in many hospitals around the country.

So yeah, definitely concerned a bit, but really more angry that they let this woman travel that just took care of a dying victim of this horrible disease.... But hey, that's America for ya. #Disappointed

Was any country really prepared for it? The US got it and instantly it became a world known virus that everyone is freaking out about. It is only a big deal now because people in the US got infected. If this happened to any other country, barely anyone would know about it still. I don't think that the virus will get any more out of hand honestly. Once the people that are infected get put into isolation the virus will be stopped there and more than likely, having some people as lab rats in the US will help make a legitimate cure and it will be completely forgotten in no time.
