We have more people dying from CIGERATES then we do on herion and crack. Yet Cigs are legal, because the Government can make money and more profit off of cigs.

I agree that it should be legalised. However; like alcohol, can we not pretend there are no negatives/side effects to smoking weed.

It should be the exact same as Cigarettes. Banned from pubs and clubs and all those kind of regulations.

Bring in standardization's as well so company's don't try sell you grass as weed lol.
Bring in VAT and other Taxes and turn it profitable.

I think states and other countries should hold their own referendums and let the people decide at the end of the day though.

well it's legal in my state and the money has help with a lot of work in the city .

There's no real reason to keep marijuana illegal. It's been proven to do less damage to your body than alcohol and smoking (normal cigarettes). I smoke every few days at least and just enjoy the feels.
