(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); Does anyone ever have those days where you just randomly feel depressed like everyone is against you or something? Or after a bad dream do you feel depressed/weird for the rest of the day? That's how I feel right now.. I wonder if anyone else feels this way. Sal

I'm doing absolutely nothing with my life at the moment.

That is the biggest factor of your depression. You need to keep yourself busy, find something that will keep you occupied. I don't know what other factors are contributing to your depression so this is all i can say at the moment.

Makes sense yeah. But even when I do get out and do things with friends etc, I still find that depression deep down in me no matter what I'm doing.

Socializing is not enough, sadly. Your life isn't really secure at the moment because you're not studying or working (assuming you're living with parents or you're not a rich bastard sleeping on a mattress made out of money).

I saved myself from being down by spending time in the gym, reading and eventually finding a job.

Yeah it sucks tbh. I've dealt with it for years now.. I've tried killing myself more than once honestly. Like sometimes I feel death is better than feeling like this, but I dont want to let my parents down though bc that would destroy them :\

Bro please do not kill yourself man, if there is anything I can do to help just hit me up. No need for that man I got you if you need me!

Working, school, video games, working out, playing sports, and etc like AA5 is saying. Keeping yourself busy helps a lot. I went through depression at one point myself and it was terrible. I was graduated from highscool and quit my job and I had nothing going on. Then when I got a job, I bought a car, started working out and now I am 19, working, and going to college. Life is great at the moment :p

EDIT: Typo

I never said they'll do it right away. I had tests and a few visits until I got them. After a few months of being on them and having meetings with my Doctor, she put me on a higher dose.
