Just keep your head up and find other things to do. I found smoking weed a good way to chill and rethink things. I've never really been in your place, and I hope I never get depressed so I'm going to do what I can so that won't happen. Hopefully your problems start to let up.
I think weed and alcohol make it even worse. Especially alcohol.. It just reminds me that I'm trying to mask the problem with something else and it makes me feel even worse.
