Well bro you have some rigth on here but ... Like everything in life you can do whatever you want with your things but if you break there rules well in that case consequences will show off. Rigth now all the game community is fuckup with tools and thats why i only play on ps4 , the things got very high in my point of view,its impossible to play gta5 or mw3 or any other game online on ps3 . In other hand i own a jailbroken ps3 since the beginning and ive never play online, thats the diference...

I see full control as full customisation and using a device to its full capabilities.
Android's equivalent: custom ROM's etc. (aka personalizing your device fully).
As I said, I think it should be fine to have custom firmwares as long as you aren't harming others.

A speedlimit is there to prevent people from speeding and thus decreasing the chances of actual fatal accidents aka harming others.
This is about custom firmwares, giving you the ability to edit/customize your mobile device to your personal preference. How does that harm anybody?
