(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); I felt so disgusted and embarrassed by the police's actions .. He's a 14 years old kid for sake. But I'm glad the world heard the story and quickly supported him

What about you?

well in the year 2015 you gotta think about things and people are quick to judge and react to a homemade clock in a pencil case. i mean it has a timer like a bomb. you know you dont go on a subway and yell i got a gun for a quick laugh at peoples reactions or go to a airport and sarcastically joke while being search that u have a bomb

All that after 9/11. But the gun part, you're right.

I look at it like this; yes it's unfortunate. But at the same time you have to remember how easy it is to manufacture explosives and how simple they can be. For example an MRE IED. All you need is the heating element, Tabasco sauce, nails, and some water. That alone is enough to severely injure if not kill someone. I think after it was cleared to not be an explosive it should have ended there.

In Texas... and he's a Muslim. Americans still think Muslims are terrorists which is sad.

Ironically most of the known terrorists are Muslims.
In any case considering this was Texas, at least he wasn't shot. So there is that.

I honestly think this was a little crazy though. I think you have a higher chance of a school shooting than a school bombing. Not to mention if they thought it was a bomb where was the bomb squad? It's not like this was something they couldn't figure out in 20 minutes. The suspension is really the icing on the cake. It was shown that it was nothing more than a clock yet he is still being punished?

I'd speculate that the teacher was jealous. And instead of admitting that the kid is intelligent he'd rather get him into trouble because of a superiority complex. Of course this is speculation. But what gets me is how so many people are quick to blame law enforcement. It's not like they did anything wrong. They just responded to a call. I'd rather see anti-police nuts start blaming the school, more so the teacher. But unfortunately that won't happen as it doesn't fit the agenda.

Do a barrel roll!
Some people are fitting the stereotypes. Take Baltimore as an example they say they where rioting for "racism" they just wanted to loot stores. Or every time you here a terrorist attack on the news its some crazy ass Muslim name

I feel like they profiled him just a little. They could have easily looked at the project and seen it was just a project. I mean seriously..Just because it has wires and a clock it was a bomb..If it was a white guy ( i am white i am not being racist) They wouldn't have even bothered to check into more info.
I see the reason of them looking in to it more but I also...I don't know. It seems like a huge amount of profiling but they also wanted to make sure everyone was safe.

Pretty much this.

Damned if you do, damned if you don't.
