(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); Ok, so i want to start working out again but i have a busy schedule. So i need your help to see where i can possibly fit my 30-50 min workout in.

My schedule:
6:00 AM-Wake Up
6:10 AM-Shower/Brush teeth
6:30 AM-Get dressed
7:04 AM-Wait for bus
7:21 AM-Go to school
3:00 PM-Football practice
5:15 PM-Go home
6:30 PM-Eat dinner
7:20 PM-Shower/Brush Teeth
7:45 PM-Get Dressed
8:00 PM-Study/Homework
8:45 PM-Sleep

Don't work out before sleep.
If you really want to work out , quit football unless you actually have a future in it

I wonder how he's going to get to the training center...

He could ask one of his parents to take him there and bring him back. He would have around 10-20 minutes to eat then he would start homework.

Solution is obvious. Delay your sleep to 10 or 11pm, like everybody else. You're not an old man, so why are you sleeping so early? And where do you fit in your recovery shops?

Or instead of sleeping for like nine hours, he can get up at like at like 4AM or 5AM at the latest and workout then. I do agree though, going to bed later would honestly be better but I reckon that's all subjective.

Less sleep makes my brain function better. The more sleep I get, the foggier I'll be all day :p So yes, less sleep would help.
