(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); Ok, so i want to start working out again but i have a busy schedule. So i need your help to see where i can possibly fit my 30-50 min workout in.

My schedule:
6:00 AM-Wake Up
6:10 AM-Shower/Brush teeth
6:30 AM-Get dressed
7:04 AM-Wait for bus
7:21 AM-Go to school
3:00 PM-Football practice
5:15 PM-Go home
6:30 PM-Eat dinner
7:20 PM-Shower/Brush Teeth
7:45 PM-Get Dressed
8:00 PM-Study/Homework
8:45 PM-Sleep

My schedule is nearly identical to yours. Our schedules are more related in the morning. I workout too but i do it after my homework so anywhere between 6-9 i START to workout, depending how much homework i have. My workouts are only around an hour which is fine for me. Most the time though i workout from 7-8pm. Eat dinner right after, then have some time for myself to play games or whatever. Then i end up sleeping at 10-11 which is fine for me and i wake up at 6:30. So yea try it after your homework then eat dinner after.

You shouldn't get two showers in one day, that's bad for you (if you don't have oily skin). You're washing away your natural oils. If you must have a second shower (for example after the gym) just get a quick shower (rinse, don't use soap). You're not even doing anything during the time between your showers. Your skin basically lubricates itself and then you wash it all off again when you awakeSmile.

Ummmm, showering multiple times a day isn't bad for you, you can shower 10 times a day and be just as healthy :dumb:
