Im at a point where I really have to start watching what I eat and working out again. I gained a pretty decent amount of weight the past few months and Im about 6 foot 255 lbs. I was wondering if anyone could help me with a exercise schedule and what foods to eat. Im willing to start a strict eating schedule to become fit. Thanks

Did i say zero carbs is good?..no..... Recommending pasta and rice dishes to someone who is trying to loose weight is stupid.

I didnt say you said 0 carbs is good. Im saying if you limit to too few carbs then it wont be healthy for you. Best way to lose weight is not to starve yourself but to be in a caloric deficit. You need all your macro nutrients especially carbs when you cut because it keeps your body fueled when you eat less calories

Im sure you know what foods are more healthy then others. dont just jump into an intense diet, start off slow until youre comfortable with it and start drinking more water, then have healthy meals, and no fast food Smile lol but then just try working out and im sure in no time if you have the dedication youll be just how you want to be Smile

One of the best things you could do it cut down on any fizzy drinks and walk more.
Don't have to go to the gym every day

Everyone is different. Personally, I lost a lot of weight when I began controlling my portions. I also walked for 30-45 minutes every other day and rode my bike occasionally. I cut my rice and pasta down to once a week and ate a lot more protein. I cut bread out completely. I lost just over 30 kilograms.
