So before i get into detail, i just want to state that i dont want any hassle caused by this thread. Because some people might find a way to start it. But besides that i want to talk about, What has Christmas come to? Christmas used to be about gathering around family, talking about life, having a great time. But now it seems like Christmas is all about who has the biggest and most expensive gifts. I mean, kids that are born in 2015, they wont even know the true meaning of Christmas. I mean presents are nice, but it bothers me when you read online and hear it that kids cant wait to just play online on there new console. Like, is it not normal anymore to sit around with your family and have a great time? I dont know. What are your thoughts on this?
I get maybe one big gift every Christmas, and some clothes, and I'm appreciative. In 2011, I received my PS3, 2012, my TV, then I went and used my own money to buy a PS4. I don't get the latest shit, or the top-of-the-line expensive merchandise. iPhone 6s is out? I'm still on iPhone 4! My cousin gets anything she wants without earning it and without appreciating it, because her uncle is rich.

Every year, my family comes together at either my sister or my aunt's house and has fun and games, christmas presents openings, and just a good time. Christmas shouldn't be about the gifts, but about a chance to spend time with family when everybody's been so busy throughout the year.
