I mean life forms can range vastly. We have found cellular organisms on a few moons in our solar system, so that counts as "life". If you're talking about intelligent forms of life, then I say MAYBE. MAYBE no, because the universe is still young meaning the right type of stars that harvest life are still being developed, meaning they are still young and aren't big enough or mature yet to sustain a solar system like ours. Our sun I believe was lucky and has grown early after the creation of the universe. MAYBE yes, because life on earth came from cellular organisms found on multiple asteroids and meteors impacting the earth when the world was forming and was a big hot mess. So if asteroids and meteors containing life on them can strike our planet and create life, what makes you think the same can't happen on another 'earth'? We have found other 'earth's meaning planets that have very similar qualities as our Earth that can sustain life meaning clean air and water and sustainable temperatures and aren't too far or too close to the sun. We just don't have the technology to see if there's life on those other Earth 2.0 planets yet for some reason
