Almost certainly. Wherever we go on Earth we find life. I believe it to be as common as elements. I believe there's certainly microbial life on Europa, Enceladus, Mars, etc. Intelligent life almost certainly too. The universe is just too sparse and civilizations are too distant to contact one another.
