I would mostly do multi tasking , school work .. msn and stuff... not that much gaming.

I wasn't being a jackass at first, I merely pointed out that it wasn't against the rules. You fought against it with nothing to back up your point whatsoever, the rules are right there for everyone to read. And it's the fact that you were backseat moderating without correct facts that was annoying.
