Post: Do you workout?

(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); So who here actually works out? Go to a gym, school, or home? And if so, do you take suppliments, and what kinds lol.
I go to a gym called Premier and I'm practicing BJJ (Brazilian Jujitsu)
I'm just now starting to take suppliments to get jacked, I got an athletic body type now but I want to push myself farther so I can get in really good shape. I'm starting to run a lot everyday in my basement on a treadmill.
I'm taking this kickass suppliment called N.O. Explode which is a pre-training powder that gives you a ton of energy and it removes muscle fatigue. It's basically, from what I'm told, steroids without the roid effects.
I'm also gonna start to take creatine which will be good for muscle building, basically adding water to my muscles lol.

So anyway, I just wanted to know because everyone was randomly blurting out in the shoutbox about fighting and stuff.

i work out, i take a protein shake after every workout. im already jacked so i dont need "roids" lol. i weight 128, 5'4" tall, and bench 160, squat 255, and hang clean 175.

Not bad, if you start taking creatine, people will think your taking steroids because it works really good lol.

creatine is the shizz, lol. ya i work out about once a week usually.

I lift every day, started last year. I start out every day with some sort of meat and a protein shake (30g of protein and many essential vitamins). Then I lift around 10-12 AM/PM and immediately after drink another one of those protein drinks. So far I've doubled or tripled everything since freshmen year.

Right now I'm 15, Sophmore, etc.
Height: 5'11/6'0 (idk i get different heights at different places where they measure height)
Weight: 178-184 lbs.
Bench: 190 lbs :( I started at 95 thou. (I've gained 30 lbs. since I was 14)
Squat: 350 lbs (started at 135)
Deadlift: 275 lbs. (started at 155)
Powerclean: 185 LOL (started at 105)

I still need to improve, but I have made great progress!

The thing about those protein shakes is you gotta workout when you take them or they can make you really fat. This one dude on our football team would just keep taking them and it got him fat.

when i first started last year i was benching 85,lol squating 100:(, and hang cleaning lik1 65 lol, i was weak 1 year ago

A freshman I know benches 365 and squats almost 500. I bench like 200 and squat like 380 as a sophomore. I don't wanna get too much bigger I'm already 6'2 around 190lbs. Ima WR so I gotta still be fast with my 40 right now being a 4.52 and hoping to get around 4.3 or 4.2 as a senior. I think I got a good shot at some colleges. I went to a camp with a lot of scouts and some DII coach came up to me and was interested but I was like uhhhhhh I'm a sophomore. LOL. So ya I workout like 6 days a week for football to answer the question and all I use for supplements are protein shakes
