Saying that two girls being togather is more acceptable than two guys is quite absurd. If i ever had kids i would raise them to be open minded to whatever options there may be. Granted there are options that are frowned upon in our society EX:"cannibalism", but thats where they whole moral/good/bad lesson comes into play. Long answer short: Love is love, let them be homophobe's.

Gay marriage should definately be allowed to happen, no doubts should be about that. The doubt in my opinion comes when they want to adopt. Although it's kind of sexist (in a way) I think they shouldn't be allowed to adopt. I think it's unfair on the child to have no female influence in their life.

Never saw it that way. Well, some people don't have the contingency in meeting they're mother anyway. Some children are left with a single parent dad. If you ever met a real gay couple with an adopted child, then you would understand that they love him/her the same unconditionally. You have a good point though.

this is a hard topic to debate about because both sides could be right. But in my eyes i think its wrong. I have no problem with gays but i don't think they should be considered a married couple in the eyes of the church. As for adopting i think that they shouldn't be allowed to do it. Although for a young child it is easy because they don't understand, it could cause alot of problems down the road as the child becomes a teenager.

Opinions tend to work both ways.. (bisexuality pun not intended).

No one cares about the church. I don't think any gay or lesbian would want to be part of a community that blasts homosexuals as habitually as the Catholic church. You can get married outside of the church, you know.

What's to understand? Are you saying homosexuality is wrong? Let me help you out: as a young child it is easy because they have yet to be brainwashed by society that homosexuality is immoral.

Only because there are a handful of insensitive tards who's morals have been tainted by bigots like Donnie Davies.

did god make it so 2 men could have a baby together or 2 women. no he did not, so no gay marriage shouldn't be allowed. its not in most countries anyway so thats good.

There's a law separating church and state in America, just to let you know. Religious opinion carries no weight (or at least, it shouldn't carry weight) in government.

Your reasoning for homosexuality being wrong was that God didn't make it so two men or two women could have a child.

Love is not lust; affection isn't only necessarily shown by reproducing. You don't have to have a child to love someone, and marriage is about love.
