its just cbuf_addtext and dvars plus non host offsets everything it released for this if ur smart to google the stuff :p

I don't release my tools it's just for me so I know whats the source cauze there are many noobs putting stealers and shits :p

Sorry to say, but the program isn't opening due to all the encryption this program has. If it's like the Black Ops 2 one, it has both Themida and Confuser (which is the reason for all the false-positives, too.) It isn't an issue with not having framework nor the .dlls, it's the encryption on it.
