The problem is not about cex or dex, I'm on dex and i tested every update of your tool and since i can open it, there is only a few mods working. But are you sure the version you uploaded is the same as the one yoou tested on your friend and your ps3? Maybe you should try to test it with an other computer on the ps3 of your friend and this time download the tool directly from your upload on mega.
Anyway, i wish you the best luck to fix this issue
