Wait a few minutes, it can take 3-4-5 minutes for the tool to get open.
Tool Stil Dosent Opened?
You will need to have .NET Framework 4.5.1 on your pc. Other wise the tool will not opened.

Mods Not Working?
To Use all the functions you must Enable RPC (There is a button for this...)
To use all the Black Ops 2 Mods Enable RPC And Disable Cheat Protection!
Single Player Mods:
If you are using the Single Player Mods SC58 Eboot Trainer will stop working but its stil fun to use ^^
Enable Single Player RPC Before using the Single Player Mods
Bugs:
Spawn turrent will freeze the PS3
Other then that there isnt bugs.

I do not know anything about this modding stuff. I downloaded your file and did framework thing. Now, i cannot extract the .rar stuff for some reason, and my playstation is perfectly normal, it's not jailbroken or whatever you said there, is there any chance i can make this work? And how does it work, do i need a usb or it all happens online via my computer?

Isn't there a super beginner way to understand this? like what is that CEX thing? CCCAPI?
Plus maybe I shouldn't ask but is this in some way legal?
I'm sorry guys, i know I look dumb, I'm just a normal Ghosts player that has played a lot, and is a little bored with the game so I'm trying to figure out if I can find new ways to have fun with it, like trolling other with some cheats
Any answer is well accepted, bye guys.
Plus maybe I shouldn't ask but is this in some way legal?

Sorry dude you need a jailbroken ps3 for this to work, and there are no non-jailbreak online mods.

To Use all the functions you must Enable RPC (There is a button for this...)
To use all the Black Ops 2 Mods Enable RPC And Disable Cheat Protection!
Single Player Mods:
If you are using the Single Player Mods SC58 Eboot Trainer will stop working but its stil fun to use ^^
Enable Single Player RPC Before using the Single Player Mods
For All Mw2 CCAPI Modders:
If you are using CCAPI Only 60% From the clients options will work!
Lobby/Unlocks Mods are not working on CCAPI! if you wish to use them you will have to switch to DEX!
