Wait a few minutes, it can take 3-4-5 minutes for the tool to get open.

You will need to have .NET Framework 4.5.1 on your pc. Other wise the tool will not opened.

Mods Not Working?
To Use all the functions you must Enable RPC (There is a button for this...)
To use all the Black Ops 2 Mods Enable RPC And Disable Cheat Protection!
Single Player Mods:
If you are using the Single Player Mods SC58 Eboot Trainer will stop working but its stil fun to use ^^
Enable Single Player RPC Before using the Single Player Mods
Bugs:
Spawn turrent will freeze the PS3
Other then that there isnt bugs.

If I delete CCAPI.dll and copy PS3Lib.dll V4.3 the tool does not connect in CEX.
Always errors when opening. other tools work well with CCAPI 2.5

About 95% of the stuff in Black Ops II is still not working after the update. All others tools work fine, and I have tried both cex and dex with no luck.

i replaced the CCAPI.dll and PS3Lib.dll for the tool because it wasnt connecting got it to connect to my ps3 with CCAPI 2.5 but when i launch the game and try to attach it says "first connect to ps3". When it clearly says at the bottom "CONNECTED", some logic that is :RTS: . HELP ANYONE?

sorry but this tool when working on black ops 2 the game crashes after a while
I think that the offsets are wrong in some settings otherwise you should not block the game thank you mango knife for the good work he created but please program and system offsets of 2 black ops ...
an example .... when I connect and attach then go on black ops2 and put
big name and vsat don't work I have to attack more than 4 times to get it to work but after some time the game freezes

How did you manage to get it working I tried to right click on attach and connect and choose CCAPI and it says it's attached for current game session but it isn't. I had the same problem as you before as well.
I am trying with ghosts (not online btw) trying to do it offline in a lan party and it is not attaching.
