It's been an intense wait, GTA V has been delayed many times, but finally, in less than a week it will be released. After yesterday's pre-load for GTA V, Rockstar has released another set of PC screenshots. If you're dying to view the stunning visuals like me, you can check the new screenshots here:

The PC version will support 4K resolution and hopefully will be optimised properly for the platform. GTA V will finally be released on April 14th.

There will not be 7 disks as the game will be on a server(which is not up yet) the instalation disk will download that game from the server on to your pc (kind of like what ea did with crysis) and what most modern pc games are doing now. So stop with your bull shit because your not impressing anyone... Smile Smile

I could be wrong, this may not be the case but 9 times out of 10 this is what normally happens with games as big as gta (file size)

You are completely wrong on all of the above.
When DVD media was out for a few years games still came out on CD's. Some games had multiple disks and the reason for it? Market share. People just didn't own a DVD drive. Once they started becoming standards in your cheap everyday use computer / laptop that's when you saw the push for games on DVD's. So yes 7 disks + is not unheard of and not surprising at all.

What version of Crysis are you talking about? I don't recall installing my retail copies only to have it download the game. Maybe for a day 1 patch but that's not even the same thing. I don't know of any PC games that you buy at retail and then install off a server. That defeats of the purpose of disk media.

You will get my apology if rockstar release it with 7 disks... But at this moment in time your bullshitting and convinced that Rockstar are still in the dark ages and still release games with 7-8 disks lol

What does he have to prove? I don't understand how this is hard to understand. The game is massive.

For what it's worth.

Well apparently everyone bitching in this thread over game size and disk count seem to care for whatever reason. Online activation isn't the same as downloading a game.
