none of this is true i have not used any modz other then ce for selling cars at a higher price and i am banned so yh

I think one of the first things R* checks for are how many complaints are submitted. if you are constantly clearing the complaints then you should be mostly safe. Also if you keep your money under 15 million, and RP under 400, then you should be (mostly) safe.

That used to be the case but since 350.1, new natives automatically report back loaded .dll files in memory which includes the scripthook.

As long as that hook remains in memory, it reports back to R* and you get a ban.
