1: Get your BMX Bike out of your garage, or buy one in the pandmcycles.com site, if you don't have one.

2: Get off the BMX, and fly or drive to the Time Trial.
(It changes places on the map, time to time.)

3: Press and hold the big fat button on your controller, or the select button on ps3, to get the Interaction Menu up.

4: Request your vehicle, aka BMX Bike, Through the Interaction Menu.
(PS4: Interaction Menu>Vehicle>Request Personal Vehicle | PS3: Interaction Menu>Request Personal Vehicle)

5: Leave your BMX Bike, and go find the vehicle of your choice, to get into.

6: Once you have the vehicle, park it where the front wheel is half in and out, of the Time Trial.

7: Once done, get out and get back on your BMX Bike. Move it inside the Time Trial.

8: Once inside the Time Trial, press right on the d-pad, to start the Time Trial up.

9: Press triangle to restart, and when it is pitch black, start pressing X quickly.

10: Once you spawn back down, keep quickly pressing X, and try driving inside the vehicle before it gets solid again.
(May have to keep trying, and make sure you started trying to move forward when the black screen started.)

11: Once inside the vehicle of your choice, put your BMX Bike in the center of the vehicle facing the seats.

12: Quickly get situated, and press and hold R1 tell the vehicle goes solid, and puts you inside.
(May take some tries, and make sure that where you are, out side under the car is clear to pop up into the vehicle inside, aka your not under any solid spots that are inside the area your wanting to get into, before the vehicle goes solid and the bike tries to shoot you up inside.)

13: You may push the doors open.
(Some vehicles doors may still be locked because, i believe rockstar has made the doors one with the vehicle.)
