1: Go to your CEO Building, or Clubhouse.

2: Find the Weapon Locker and press d-pad right on it.

3: Hide all of your weapons but the ones you want to duplicate.

4: Put up your weapon that's in your hand if so, and Disable Custom Weapon Loadout.
(If it says to Enable Custom Weapon Loadout in stead of Disable Custom Weapon Loadout, then do so and back out of the Interaction Menu, then do step 4.)

5: Drop the weapon you want to duplicate, that you know is in the Custom Weapon Loadout.
(Hold L1, Hover over the weapon, and press Triangle to drop it.)

6: Wait 5 seconds, and pick it back up.

7: Hold L1, and hover over the picked up weapon.
(Make sure your character is not holding that weapon your wanting to duplicate. It may help make this glitch work, if your holding a weapon that takes time to put up, NOT THE WEAPON YOUR WANTING TO DUPLICATE.)

8: Let go of L1, and quickly repress and hold it, then press triangle to drop it before your character fully pulls out the weapon.

9: Quickly press and hold the select / big fat button on the controller to go quickly Enable Custom Weapon Loadout.
(May help to find out how many presses down on the d-pad it takes, to get to Inventory before doing step 8.)
(You may also press d-pad up, once to get to Enable Custom Weapon Loadout, after clicking Inventory.)

10: Quickly find the dropped weapon in your Weapon Wheel.
(It may take some times to get this glitch to work.)
