(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); Just yesterday I found my internet blocked on my router because (I forgot what program its called) found illegal data being downloaded onto my computer. I had to agree to the terms which basically stated it was a warning or pay the fines.

I was curious has this happened to anyone here before? I believe it was because I had accidentally left my seeding on for 2 movies, but it mentioned the downloading which threw me off.

Currently I am taking it easy on torrents and going to stick with direct links.

Anyways, any advice from anyone or events such as this?

Yup, that would be fair usage Winky Winky hehe

Still, if you're on 50MB or even that mighty 100MB you're probs getting faster than Sky even when slowed down anyway haha Happy

^^ Me too, I'm with Sky in the UK and they're by far the best ISP. Not only are they real easy on copyright BS but they're also the only ISP in the UK to have true unlimited internet i.e. no fair usage policy, which is truly superb. Couldn't recommend them enough! :bro:

im sky too but the really slow download speed is a letdown. hopefully they'll implement fibre optic like virgin Happy

Comcast had sent a notice a while ago when i accidentally left seeding on. If it's a legal torrent, they can't say anything other than to limit your usage.

I download a shit load of torrents and my ISP has never blocked me or warned me I do complain about Sky a lot but they've never ****ed me over like that and if they did I'd just not pay the bill and change ISP.

I do have some advice, try using private torrent sites and not open sites. I don't use TPB much I generly just use demonoid.me so try using them websites but you may of got a unlucky torrent and it had somthing in it which traced it back to you. To avoid this if you go on TPB you can see some of the members have somthing next to there name, Its normally "Helper, Trusted, VIP" Helper or Trusted you want to try get at but VIP should be ok, well you got more chance of getting caught with a torrent that has nothing to a torrent thats VIP. Hope this helped Upside Down Happy Happy Torrenting!
