This is at prime time 3am, no one else on the internet and hardly anyone using in UK. its normally half this.
Basically i live in a area where there is no broadband, so i get my internet through my landline. And i'm paying virgin media double what people pay for x10 even x20 times my connection.

Now i'm on the top internet package with virgin, and it shows i should be getting 20megs, but i can;t because no broadband near me.. but why can't i downgrade my package down to the cheapest one? won't i still get the same connection at a lower price i rang them and asked and they said its not a valid reason to downgrade. lol.

Their is nothing worse then Eircom shit internet broadband, for the price that im paying i should be getting good internet.
This is the best its ever been. If anybody else has it you know its shit!

Atleast you have a decent download speed.

I would prefer to have a better upload since its better for gaming, no point having a good download if i dont download anything.

in the mourning the internet speed is horrible in the afternoon it gets better and can do upto 50mb dl, upload 10mg n ping 35

The whole reason i want it, i have xbox and i also have a HD PVR. but it takes me 6-7hours to upload a 10-15min video. Really kills my momentum on uploading.

Usually I get around 5mb connection when my grandmother isn't using her livestreaming, which she is now.


Well at least I get 100% unlimited for $30.00 no questions asked. They don't even care if I download torrents. I think this is enough for me. =D

I used to pay about £22/month for Internet & house phone.

Was meant to get 10meg + but never did because of BT needs to put new lines down or some BS
So what AOL did was gave me 2mb for £10 + House phone ect..
