If you have a smart phone( IPhone) you can turn it into a wireless modem using a feature on the settings tab called Hotspot.
You can create your own wifi and password.
Then ask your ps3 to search for wireless networks and it should detect it.

I assume you already have wireless In the house and your Dad controls the password.
This can be very costly on your phone plan.

If there is a router in the house ( assuming there is) you can sneak in another Ethernet cable and hardwire your system.

your dad has simply locked the ip addresses of your ps3s
so from a device connected to the modem browse for the address "192.168.1.1"
do the login hoping that your dad hadn't changed login credential
you should find a tab about parental control where also you can blacklist an ip Smile

in case of you don't know the login password you can press the reset button on your modem
pay attention because it will reset all on the modem/router

Sony's PlayStation 3 console comes with built-in Wireless networking support. You can connect to a network through your PlayStation 3 to access the PlayStation store, multiplayer features, Netflix and more. The console uses the Wireless G standard and can be configured to make use of encryption keys when establishing a connection.

You could use any mobile device(up2date) to connect to the pc and make it a access point, but it requires skills and/or the right software.
If i had any idea how to do it, i would help you right away!
