If you didn't do anything you have nothing to worry about. Request a counter notification because it could be a mishap. If your not 18 your fine.

You won't be able to get partnered with a good majority of the big names. And uploading a video where you're exploiting the game is a infractable offense that Activision will ram you two ways up the @$$ for. Nothing you can really do.

Gaming videos get copyright claims against them all the time for no real reason :p

Actually, IIRC, activision can take down any gameplay if they want to, sure you can argue fair use and shit but it'd be more of a hassle for you than them.
