(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); So today i logged into youtube and got this: You must login or register to view this content.

This video in no way is copyright. Its all my gameplay and I was talking over it! It's not copyright. I was going to submit a counter-notification but You must login or register to view this content. I don't want to be sued? wtf im not even 18. this is really messed up, the whole video was mine. and now it says i have a strike You must login or register to view this content.

Can i NOT get a partnership now?

The vid was a xp lobby on black ops but i was NOT THE HOST. my friend was...i was just recording the game!

Also, does this mean activision saw my video? =D

The footage of your video contains a game getting exploited. Which obviously isn't allowed. The video footage was indeed fair use (and they didn't strike you for copyrights), but exploiting the game is against Activision's Terms and Conditions.

Hope this helped. ^^

Why do you think it's so hard to get partnered?

The partnership bought a right to those companies (ie: activision, IW, treyarch, etc.) to use their gameplay in their videos. So they only want good people to earn them some bling bling so they can pay off the rights to gameplay. In the long run making a profit :y:

My old youtube account (Jearedmouse00), had about 12,000 subscribers, and about 100,000 video views. All legit.
One day, I logged in: boom, banned, for what I thought was no reason. My whole account was banned.
I emailed youtube demanding why it was banned in the first place. It was banned because 90% of my videos were indeed, CoD, or GTA IV videos, which are copyrighted as, said before, it is exploiting a game. They were not hacked, but rather tutorials, and hints, etc. Anything re-produced without the owners consent which is copyrighted, is copyright infringement. This means videoing games and putting it on youtube, music, etc.

Oh, and also, if I were you; I'd go into video manager > delete video. It should remove your strike.

why you get worried. if you never did a black hat way then you why are so sure that you will be sued for copyrighting. nothing like that would be happened.
