MS went after all form of cheating (Gamesaving, Hacking achievements, Glitching) and still reset/ban people. Many argued that it was MS and the developers fault that the flaws existed but in the end MS clearly stated that people had no business to use it.
Trophy Deletion: Someone started a petition on the Sony forum in March asking that they let people delete 0's or games they did not want but the Sony mods took the post down as it turned int a flame war. MS lets you delete 0's which is a good feature IMO.
UC3: What save flaw are you referring to? I used Xploder and some guys crushing save yesterday to pop my crushing trophy. I do agree that they put too much effort into the MP which I don't care for too much at all.
M4: Give him a few weeks and he will probably find a way to weasel his way back somehow
That kid must hold the Guinness record for Forum banning's by now.

The save flaw hack is the same hack that could be done on UC1/2 by swapping over files within the save. UC3 fixed it so people can't cheat that game without xploder/cfw.
Sony won't let us to delete trophies because they are too much of a **** to allow it. People will cry about deleting something accidentally or they were hacked and it was done, but nope, they dont want the hassle. Was the same thing with slots until they lowered the slot limit.

Sony only gave us control of slots (deactivating all once every 6 months) because they limited the download slots (was 5, now 2) and released the update to Vita, so I expect they don't want people sharing those games either.

Multiplayer isn't that good my 8year old boy went highest level today 70or75...if an 8year old kid can reach top level within 4weeks, its not that good.

:O Your son got to the highest rank?!?!? I love Uncharted, but I can't even stand playing the online. I think I got to rank 20-ish and just gave up
