thats what it says and it shows a black screen and my set up for it is...

Hmm from my guess is that if you already haven't you HAVE to install the newer drivers if you are running w7. Here is where you can find the drivers, if you are running w7 32-bit than download those drivers, if you are running 64-bit than download those, also make sure they are the correct drivers from the download page. Just install them and it should work then, if not I am not sure what is wrong.

What I use is 3 splitters with one triple coupler. I plug the part of the splitters that aren't split into the dazzle, then the split ends go into the coupler and the T.V. Then your AV plugs(comes with ps3 or 360, Red, White, and yellow colors) and make sure you have all the colors lined up correctly. Then plug the USB part of the dazzle into a USB port that works on your desktop or notebook! Then record and save!
