it worked but... its just the splitters they are broken i was taking it out and it broke

hmm windows 7 eh? is it actually compatible with win 7? try runnig in backwards compatible mode

Make sure when you open you have all other windows closed because this might help. And if you cannot get it to work just got to pinnaclesys.com/support and make a new case then do a chat and they should be able to help you!
