Yeah, this sounds like a processor problem to me. Just render your videos in a lower quality.

Well, HD video FPS is 60 FPS by default, so your computer either your processor or graphics card cant handle it either when recording or when playing it back.

video games are 60FPS by default. Most hd video is only 30FPS though

Actually not all games are 60fps, and some games change the frame rate depending on what's happening on screen.

Most if not all Blu-Ray movies run at 24p (24 frames per second, or 23.976 frames/sec)

60 frames/sec is most important in racing games and shooters.

yeah. frame rates drop in games when there is a lot of action to render. but its 24 PAL (europe) and 30 for NTSC (North America) (i believe)

You must have Rendered it in a Extremely High Quality then. Or maby your computer just lagged try to upload the video and then see if it lags when uploaded.
