Tis ok, use the brush settings gave you and put it on a 10pixel smudge and gently smudge around the edges.

You can't copyright a copyrighted image. That's a pokemon, he doesn't own nintendo.

He drawed it, he didn't use an image from Nintendo, and plus, if the copyright is from nintendo, you shouldn't have used it too.
Not trying to be an ahole or anything, i just dont want people to use copyrighted images, because they may receive a punishment.

If it's on the website for people to download, that means that people are going to use it for Sigs and stuff. No one is going to get into trouble for making a Sig with that picture.
