That's not a real copyright. You can't copyright images of other people, nintendo made that. If I drew the xbox logo could I get a copyright on it to claim it as mine? No.

Just leave it okay, OG asked for comments to improve not for a discussion on copyright. No one is going to care that he used it so thats that. No if you have not got anything constructive to say then don't bother posting anything.
OG the smudging is well done and I can see your improving greatly. Alls you need to do now is expand on the sig maybe add a few C4d Like suggested and tidy up the smudging around the render.

I have nothing against OG, just trying to save him from Copyright Infringment which may cause him problems.
However let's get to the sig, or else Daisho kills me for spamming
I like V2, V1 too ugly.
V2 however is too empty

Even if it were copyright infringement, it still wouldnt be, because you can use work from deviantart as long as you give credit. OG did that.
