Hi to anyone reading this, I wasn't really sure to post this.
I'm just seeing if anyone can help me here, I've installed CINEMA 4D many times now and every time I try and choose a language setting CINEMA 4D doesn't load and I get an Illegal Instruction Error.
Does anyone know what the cause of this may be?
I am running Windows XP SP2 and I think I have 512mb RAM, personally I don't think the RAM matters since I can run Adobe Photoshop CS5, After Effects CS5 and Sony Vegas Pro 10 perfectly well.
All help is appreciated! EDIT: I have downloaded CINEMA 4D from the website so it isn't some faulty torrent/crack or anything like that.
Hey man im probs not the greatest, but id imagine if you haven't purchased the item then it would be a faluty hack or keygen. Id wait for one of the pros to come on. Sorry i couldnt help that much, because i got mine from my cousin who bought his. :|
Why don't you just download it from a torrentsite like demonoid? That's safe and works perfectly. Maybe you could do that just to try if you get an error then aswell.

Just downloaded a portable AND a cracked version, same error "/
512MB of ram for a program like this...... Upgrade first.
If you read what I put correctly it shouldn't matter since PhotoShop, AfterEffects and Vegas Pro 10 all need around 1024mb RAM and I can run those perfectly with no problems at all.

Those are compositing programs, NOT 3D MODELING

But still I shouldn't be getting an Illegal Instruction Error since an Illegal Instruction Error is when the computer recieves an error which is cannot do.
