I'm just seeing if anyone can help me here, I've installed CINEMA 4D many times now and every time I try and choose a language setting CINEMA 4D doesn't load and I get an Illegal Instruction Error.
Does anyone know what the cause of this may be?
I am running Windows XP SP2 and I think I have 512mb RAM, personally I don't think the RAM matters since I can run Adobe Photoshop CS5, After Effects CS5 and Sony Vegas Pro 10 perfectly well.
All help is appreciated!
EDIT: I have downloaded CINEMA 4D from the website so it isn't some faulty torrent/crack or anything like that.

32bit. I'm on my iPod atm, I'll check my specs in the morning but the ones I remember off by heart are that its Windows XP SP2, 512mb RAM, 28GB Harddrive, 512mb Graphics Card and Intel Pentium III. You may ask why everything is so low and has such an old processor, thats because its like 12 years old, getting a new one soon.

Thats why it isn't working. its the processor, the instruction error comes from the fact that pentium III's dont support one of the needed SSE instruction sets, therefore it cant access them as it does not have them, thus giving you the error.

So pretty much you wouldnt be able to use C4D unless you had a newer processor.
