In this box bellow click on this image:

It comes a notification from the image URL.

You need to download the .psd file in the first post of this thread then when you open it make all the layers visible, then select the following layers I'll say you invisible and then edit the text and adjust all the lyers by moving to this "side-tape" on the upper left side then replace the effects from layer 8 to layer 4. Then save it and done.
Layers who must be invisible:
Layer 8
Layer 7
Layer 6
mask-ava-100x100
base.dark
base.light
base
When you edit it correctly it will be like mine
