No i close them all it isnt the problem i dont think what could it be

well im not sure bro tried removing it from your computer then installing it again?

This is normaly Due to low ram or Hard-Drive space try clearing up some space in your hard-drive or if you have an external harddrive that would be even better

if this dosent work then i advise u try Pinnalce Studios i dont no if it will make a difference but its more advanace then instant dvd recorder i can tell you that.

yes i have used cc cleaner i have used registry easy scanned for malware done it all could u get me a link to pinnacle studios tut or soomit mate ill rep ya if u can get me it
