Don't Fear the Repear
Hit Ctrl+Alt+Delete go to task manager, right click the Studio 14 process, or Instant Dvd Recorder, and set the Priority to High. Try fiddling around with the options in Studio 14, or Instant Dvd recorder so that it minimizes lag. Don't run any programs, or anything while testing everything. Leave the charger plugged in to the computer if it needs one. Try using different USB ports. Typically some have more power then others. Make sure you have at least 10gb or more free hardrive space.

Another thing you can do is clean your computer up, use Glary Utilities - You must login or register to view this content.
It can do a lot of things. Last you can try bumping up the Virtual Ram with Glary.

If all this doesn't work download Teamviewer so someone or me can help you out with your problem first hand. Teamviewer is a desktop viewing, and helping program. I don't recommend this, but as a last resort you can contact Pinnacle support about your problem you can find them here - You must login or register to view this content.
