I'd like it if the only thing with color was the tires, and the word JUMP in a normal font (Futura Bold please) in between the tires and the person, but cut off so it looks like it's behind both of them. Text in white please.

I'll pay you 31.5k vBux (since I don't actually care about them).

Not quite. A couple problems:
-You squished the stock. When you resize something, make sure you always does it in proportion (hold Shift for Photoshop, hold Ctrl for GIMP).
-I worded it badly, but I meant for the the entire tag to be desaturated except for the tires (you can duplicate the stock, use a simple Desaturate tool, and then erase over the tires)
-Again worded badly, but I wanted the text to look like it was underneath the guy and the tires. To do that, you want to position the text layer so a little bit of it is over the tires, and then erase just that bit that's on top of it. It'll give the illusion that it's actually behind it.

I know I'm picky, sorry. =3
