It looks good, but I'd like to see the original render.

And I agree with the guy above me with the added note of the shadow on the top part of the helmet that looks too sharp.

Some of the texture is nice, but overall it still needs a lot of work. The transitions in the background (except for the upper side of the black) just look bad, the circuit board texture is too bright and sharp (sharper than your focal, which is also a problem), and the text needs to go.

Any tips on improving the transitions? Just burn/dodging? And for the text, I'm trying to master it so I'll keep it until I get it right.Winky Winky

The textures in the back , seem to really bother me...
and
aside from all of that, the text looks as if it is just randomly slapped on there.
Eitiher the text should flow, or no text at all.

I've been told I'm pretty good with text in signatures...
if you need any help, just let me know.

Work the transitions in the same way you did the black transition, using brushes or filters or something - it just looks a bit underdone to be honest.

As for the text, one of the big issues you have is a lack of contrast over the whole tag, so things seem to blend together too much. That, plus the fact that the text already doesn't stand out against the texture you used, and overall it's just hard to see and distracting when you do.
