As for the text, one of the big issues you have is a lack of contrast over the whole tag, so things seem to blend together too much. That, plus the fact that the text already doesn't stand out against the texture you used, and overall it's just hard to see and distracting when you do.

I really have to admit, it doesn't look too too much different. The transitions between the microchip and the black, the entire bottom left and right, and the top-middle transition (that honestly looks like the spraypaint brush in Paint) are still a bit sketchy. If you can make the top one smooth, and then give the others some more dynamic effects like the one I think is really good, you'll be perfect.
