My first animation too lol took me TWO hours :p

Great job for your first animation dude. I would feather the snow mask by like 3 so the snow looks like it's fading in from just below the top of the glass. Winky Winky

You used a layer mask to keep the snow inside the globe right? If you did then ctrl click the globe to select it then right click on the selection and choose feather and make it 3 px then hit 'layer mask' so your mask will have a slight fade from the edges of the globe. If 3 is too much then try 2 or even 1 px.

This will cause the snow to appear like its falling from slightly below the inside of the globe instead of right at the edge like it is now. Amazing work though man. I love it. Smile
