This will tell you how to record your PS3 or Xbox 360 footage. All you need is:
A Television
A PS3 or Xbox 360
A Recordable DVD Player
Good editing software
If you haven't got a recordable DVD player, go and buy one. They are cheaper than Dazzel or TV wonder capture cards.
First off. Plug your console's avi cables into the DVD player (Input 2)
Then, Connect your DVD player to the TV. After that, insert a blank, empty, recordable disc and then turn on your console.
If you have connected it correctly, your console should appear on your TV.
When you have reached the point of the game in which you wish to record, press record on the DVD player or remote. Then press it again to stop recording. If you do something wrong, dont worry, you can edit it later.
Once you have all the footage you need, take out the disc and put it into your PC.
(You don't need to finalize it.)
Open Sony Vegas (or what ever software you have) and select "Import Media". Search for the disc and select the media file within it.
There you go
