I think this is thee BEST iPhone theme ever!
The theme is called:Glasklart
I have Six Rows, Six Icon Dock, Font Swap, and Battery control. Of course you need a Jail Broken iPhone/iPod Touch. You can find all this stuff in Cydia or Rock. If you have any questions feel free to ask. I'll be happy to help

Got one now , but how do I get themes onto WinterBoard? :S

you just download them from cydia/rock. i like the glass orb theme a lot personally.

Okay, then how do I enable them?

after you download a theme you want from cydia, you then go into your winterboard and all the downloaded themes you have should be there. then just click on the theme you want and press the home button, and the new theme should install within a couple seconds.

not bad...i still think illumine is the best
