The theme is called:Glasklart
I have Six Rows, Six Icon Dock, Font Swap, and Battery control. Of course you need a Jail Broken iPhone/iPod Touch. You can find all this stuff in Cydia or Rock. If you have any questions feel free to ask. I'll be happy to help

You go into Cydia. Then type in Glasklart. Download Glasklart 5600+ Icons. Then go into Winterboard and checkmark all the things that deal with Glasklart

i had found it....but now my fukin ipod is ****ed up and i re-jailbroke it but some shits ****ed up now...ima post a vid with my problems in a few:mad:
